I think the thing I hate the most about this is the whole "it doesn't take that long to do", like even if we discount the years of experience needed to learn how to do the job, it usually still does take quite awhile to do. Usually several hours start to finish per project. Unless all this guy wants is to get the font style changed, and he already knows the size and style he wants.
