The Christian school I went to did something like this. They’d give us these little fake twenties with bible scriptures on them and encourage us to give them to waiters and waitresses.....
What is the logic behind this? Did this person person really think some waiter/waitress was gonna be like "Huh, no tip, but i got this sweet ad for this person I've definetely haven't already made my mind up about already, guess I'll vote for him now!"
My girlfriend’s dad told me a story about how back when he was in college, around 40 years ago, they passed out fake dollars with propaganda for like student body president or something, but it backfired big time when students figured out that the vending machines couldn’t tell the difference between the campaign fliers and actual dollars, he said they had a field day.
