How did she recognise him? I have been groped on the street more than once and I might be able to describe the clothes or the back of their heads but I don't think I'd actually recognise any of their faces. My first instinct is always to look down in disbelief so maybe I'd recognise their hands if they were slow about removing them.
I got angry all over again typing this. Why tf would you touch someone you don't know?

I'm confused by this story. He pulled over grabbed your ass then jumped back in his car and sped off?
Or he grabbed it then ran away and its just poorly worded?
Either way can he be convicted there's no evidence to prove it was actually him.
