I just want to point out that a flight attendant is under no obligation to attend to the medical needs of passengers. If someone needs help wiping their ass on a plane they should be accompanied by a nurse or family caregiver.
If somebody you don't know asks you to wipe their ass, and it isn't your job to wipe their ass, then don't fucking wipe their ass.
