In Gladiator (2000) After Maximus’s first arena fight, if you look closely in the crowd, in the top left you can see a cameraman in jeans with his camera!
Makes sense, Ridley Scott doesn't like to waste time filming the same scene multiple times from different angles, so he'll just set up multiple cameras to minimise how many takes he has to do and then finds the film in the edit.
