NatteKaas, a high level ironman player had previously streamed himself doing CoX (Raids 1) and his account was attempted to be recovered. He notified JagexSupport on Twitter here & here & they told him "Hi. I'm afraid that we can't make an account unrecoverable." and telling him to just get authenticator and so on, which he had.

A few days later his account was successfully recovered and he lost 1.7b bank and JagexSupport could've prevented this after the player had reached out to them. Instead they let it happen.

EDIT: Another P Mod also lost his status after speaking out on this incident. SmobRS https://twitter.com/SmobRS/status/1137675057860362241 (here is his initial tweet to Jagex) EDIT2: It's been 3 months since Jagex made THIS post "A Message to our Community" where they discuss "Player Support and Account Security". So far, nothing has happened.
