Part of health class should be spent on teaching kids about state mandated child support. Spending a few classes on that topic, would be worth a few percentage points of contraception.
I'm always amazed when male politicians get busted for affairs because their mistress gets pregnant. Dude, you KNEW this could destroy your career, yet you couldn't be bothered to just put on a condom?
As someone who practiced safe sex for years until I met the right woman, achieved financial security and then found out that I am extremely fertile... I am very happy I used condoms when I did.
