Anyone can cosplay who they want, but I love it when people cosplay characters that look fairly similar to what they naturally look like.

Apparently this was in MCM Comic Con in London, but I saw an old woman with a very similar cosplay in F.A.C.T.S. in Belgium. I think it might have been the same woman.
