Also 90% of the time no one remembers to bring a towel. They then borrow a towel and you never see said towel again.

I have an inground pool. I quickly learned how entitled some people can be. I had to make rules and get padlocks for my gates.

One funny thing though was when one of my girlfriends and her daughter show up and both are wrapped in matching towels. My friend noticed my freshly folded stack of towels on my porch and says “Hey what are the odds you have the same towels as us!” To which I replied yeah that’s because you took MY two towels last season PLUS two other towels with Flamingos on them. Her response “Oh.” I did get all my towels back from her. I probably had a dozen towels that were never returned from other guests.

Growing up we had a pool, and my mom was constantly running people off. I remember how relieved she was when we all moved out (I was the youngest and the last) and they sold that house.

We have a pool and a trampoline in our backyard

One day one of our neighbors kids literally just walked in our front door into our kitchen, uninvited, found my mom, and yelled "I HEARD YOU GUYS GOT A POOL"
