They are EVERYWHERE in France we call them « gendarme » which can be translated to policemen . Also it’s common to se ~15 of them just making a big ball for no reason
In Poland we call them "tramwaje" ("trams"). It is because they often connect eachother with their butts. Actually, they are copulating which can last up to 12 hours. EDIT: well, to be honest, 12 h is minimum, copulation may last up to 7 days!
