At least court rulings are definitely starting to side on the employee side of things when it comes to medical marijuana. Rulings from judges prohibiting companies from rejecting applicants for jobs based on failed pre screening drug tests for marijuana. 13 states have some type of anti discrimination rules/laws to safeguard medical marijuana patients.
