I mean, our complaints aside, GoT is indisputably the one of the most popular shows of all time. Factor in the rise of Twitter, Instagram and Reddit into the internet scene and you've got pretty much unsurpassed levels of scrutiny.
He and Emilia became the faces of the show fairly early on in its run and their careers (and lives). Must be a lot of handle.
