Hey! Bank teller here. take the note to your a bank and let a teller know that the site listed is dangerous, harmful and the bill should be destroyed. They should exchange it. If you really want to make sure it doesnt get back into circulation, rip it in a way that the serial numbers on both side could be matched/verified and exchange it at the bank with some excuse that your dog got to it. if you have more than 50% of the bill and the serial numbers can be verified they should replace it. (fyi this should work for any bills that get really damaged as well)
