A lady at the credit union i use has this and I didn’t know. She had a flare up and in conversation i asked what had happen and if she was okay because it looked like she had bruising on her face. She told me it was this kind of acne. My face immediately turned red. I felt like such an ass. I apologized and she was really nice about it. She nicely educated me about it and we’ve never spoke of it again.

cystic acne sucks. the deep comedones hurt all the time so you can't forget it's there
