I've never understood this criticism. Why would Holdo tell Poe the plan when he is known to be reckless(when she did tell him, he blabbed about it which got a lot of people killed) and had literally just been demoted for getting a lot of people killed? Plus she's his superior. She doesn't have to tell him anything
