I’ve opened over 500 Apex Packs for the heirloom for my Wraith main, yet no Wraith blade (or anything good tbh.) Contacted EA and they lied directly to me then actually told me “jUsT OpEn mOrE PaCkS.” I confronted them in the chat, got disconnected. First screenshot is directly from EA website...

Wait... down in the comments you state you’ve opened 550 packs you guess, because you don’t know exactly. You know you’ve paid for 300. Where did the other 250 packs come from?

Because this game for sure does not give you 250 free packs even if you max level out everything. More like 40-50.

Where did all those other packs come from if you didn’t pay for them. Seems to me that if you spent 300 dollars on the game, there is no way you could have opened 500 apex packs in the first place.

Just checking the math here.
