I don't disagree with the sentiment, but there's lots of places you can go that aren't six-figure, millionaire-club expensive. My 4 year degree cost me about $35k over 6 years without financial aid. It's from a state research university with a name that no one knows or cares about. Is 35k too much? I think so. Is it I-need-a-billionaire-to-save-me too much? No.
Shit, do your 2-year at a community college and then transfer the credits to a 4-year school for your bachelors. You'll pay like 60% of the cost of a full 4 year school.
