I don't want to provide false hope, but it seems that only 2 leds are red and not 3 (that should be the RROD). Two red leds mean 'overheating'. Try to let your xbox 360 cool itself, then try again.

The red ring is 3 as someone who had this happen twice it’s 3

That's just an overheat in most cases. Open it up and clean it out and you will probably be good. 3 lights is the real issue
