Employers should do a bit of due diligence on candidates before inviting them in for 'time wasting' interviews.
If VCAT is Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal , then under Australian law they won't have any kind of case to pursue and may even be legitimately charged with extortion if they bring this letter to the attention of the courts.
