Opening the raccoon city locker requires you to insert a medallion, two bronze keychains and a statue of a mermaid into the base of the water cooler in the next room over.
That's the Campus Bibliothek Freie Universität Berlin (library of the free university). As OP said the Room is full of them but what I really like is, that one of these fantasy lockers has the name "Bielefeld" on it, which is a real place in Germany, but for some reason everyone not living there denies the existence of the city.
Next to this place of fantasy lockers there is also a room with lockers with names of real locations.
