If you increase everything by 1 every day for a year, at the end of the year:
You will do 365 pushups every day.
You will drink 22.8 gallons of water a day. (???)
Still owe for the rest of your life on student loans.
Make 365 sales a day.
Have absolutely no friends, having deleted all your contacts.
You will run 3.48 marathons a day.
You will have to start defining "events" differently to attend 365 a day.
You will write an entire book every day.
Start today.
Repeat tomorrow.

start with 100 PUSH-UPS, 100 SIT-UPS, 100 SQUATS THEN A 10 KM RUN! EVERY! SINGLE! DAY!
