I can barely afford my rent that extra 10-15 percent is most of my food money for the month.
My landlord doesn’t require his tenants to make double or triple their rent like lots of others do because he mostly rents to students.

Sound like my old slum, I mean, landlords. Only had half a roof after Irma with lots of water damage and it rained in my kitchen and they wanted to raise my rent by $200...
