I think basically everyone right? Richard Brake, the Hardhome Night King, has such a creepy facial bone structure, he was a perfect choice
They changed the actor because Vladimir Furdik is a stunt man who was the other White Walker in Hardhome and he’s done lots of other things for the show. Brake was a more expensive actor so they switched to Furdik to save money on a mute role
Hes scarier in hardhome. Like he looks weaker and more vunerable too due to exposed arms. The other has too much clothing to be scary. Its why the White Walkers Sam saw are creepy imo. Theyre exposed. They dont even try to protect themselves theyre so powerful
