I wish my boss was like this. He treats his hard workers like scum and wonders why his turnover rate is so high and he is left with “lazy fucking morons”
I’m glad this employer sees the person works hard when needed and works 12 hour days. It’s amazing how far a little humanity goes when it comes to employee/employer relationships.
It’s this type of bosses that makes a business run smooth and avoid failure. Treating your employees nice will often lead to workers that care and it shows in smaller restaurants.
