I don't know if it's just me or the dialogues in the past two seasons seems to be in a very casual tone. One-liners like 'that fucking family' from Bronn is in-character. But reducing an intelligent character like Tyrion to a 'no-balls, I drink and I know things' all the time is showing us how the writers are struggling with the dialogues.
There is no longer any in-depth conversation between characters. We have not seen any meaningful conversation between Jon and Dany who are in love. I can go on and on.
