I'd be optimistic about 2020 if I didn't think that a quarter of this country would still vote Republican if they ran on "We're going to unplug Nana and use the money to issue tax breaks to yacht owners".
Fucking irritates me when people take advantage of Obamacare but oppose it.
I know someone who makes minimum wage and is grossly overweight due to poor diet along with other unhealthy lifestyle choices. She essentially needs a mandatory gastric bypass procedure done since her weight is causing severe health problems. Her insurance also dropped her recently that would have helped pay for her bypass.
She recently had to apply to Obamacare (and got it), yet she bitches about having to use Obamacare and regularly bitches about Obama. If it wasn't for Obamacare, you would never get this procedure since you can't pay for it and no health insurance company would take you since you're a money sink when it comes to health issues.
