Went to a safety meeting once and the new safety guy showed us a graph of the increase of accidents but graph was dated at when he started his employment. It was basically a graph showing everyone the increase in accidents under him.

Had a lot of math teachers like this.
They did really try to help any struggling student, but a lot of the times the material was just really difficult.
