For a cop, having your body camera off or failing to maintain the camera in a properly functional manner should be a crime in and of itself. It should be considered obstruction of justice at least.
A youth, with his wrists handcuffed to his ankle shackles, overpowered two adult guards, from the back seat, as their car was crossing the highest point of the Missouri River bridge and jumped to his death, on a busy highway, in broad daylight, with no witnesses. I believe this totally believable, plausible account because guards never, ever, ever lie.
