If you cater to casuals, tryhards/sweaties will always find some way to play at a level above casuals. If you cater to tryhards/sweaties, the barrier of entry becomes too high or not worth it for the casuals to invest time into it and the game becomes too stale for tryhards/sweaties. You'd think Dae would know that coming from GunZ.
You can't protect all noobs, but you can do whatever you can to protect most of them. Going out of your way to smurf is completely different from just putting all players together in one mode.
