Its not just LG, it pisses me off: Open settings > about phone Tap 'Build Number' 7 times, if it prompts you to enter your passcode, enter it There should be a little 'You are now a developer' popup There is a new menu in settings labeled 'Developer Options', go to Settings > developer options and enable 'USB debugging'. Connect your phone to a PC, on your PC download 'minimal ADB and fastboot' and install it. (https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317790) Open a command prompt window in the directory you installed ADB and type 'adb shell pm list packages | grep facebook', if you have a notification on your phone to allow, check always and click allow. it will give you a few package names, they look like 'com.xxx.xxx'. Go back to the adb prompt and type 'adb shell pm uninstall -k –user 0 packagename'. You can replace the grep 'Facebook' with anything (like instagram) to get its package name and uninstall it using the same method. if your phone is popular, look up your phonea name and 'no root debloater' or 'adb debloat script No Root' or similar to find a list of packages you can uninstall safely, I know my G6 had probably 50 packages I removed (though I have root and replaced LG apps with stock ones) If you need help feel free to ask, :) Edit: thanks for the silver and gold! :)
