I went on a run last night with my daughter in her stroller. We were waiting at a crosswalk for the light to change for us and this guy on a motorcycle gets off and just starts yelling at the car behind him to get off their phone. He literally walked up to the driver side window and yelled a good 4 or 5 times. Probably wasn't the best way to go about it, especially not knowing if the driver of the car would do anything retaliatory, but I think he got his point across.
GA has a law now that even having your phone in your hand while driving is a traffic offense. Even when sitting at a red light you can't use it. Not unless the car is in park. I still see TONS of people on their phones reading, texting, calling, etc... while driving 70+ MPH...

Just had a driver run a red and destroyed my wifes car Saturday. When we hit I got a good look at him before we hit His eyes were down at his lap.
I nearly died cause some dumb kid had to reply to someone.
