If they would have released that game as Early Access it would have gotten a lot better reviews. They just wanted to get it out on consoles as well and they didn't really do Early Access on consoles. It was obviously an unfinished game that their publisher decided couldn't be delayed (probably didn't have enough money to finish it). It's actually nice that they didn't abandon it and took that money and finished the game. Shady how they did it though.
