If you refused to get vaccinated, it was disobeying a direct order and you will get a bad conduct discharge. I’ve seen it happened when I was in. The CO told everyone on the ship over the 1MC that they had to get the anthrax vaccinations. A handful of people refused, including an officer and they were all separated BCD.
