Dirty car salesman here. Its called Ford MyKey. When you buy the car new you get two keys. Both are Admin keys at this time. However you can reprogram one or both of the keys to be User keys only, for like your kids, or your crackhead brother borrowing your car. Rental companies use this also. Some of the things you can restrict are Top speed Acceleration No Radio if not buckled No shifting out of Park until buckled Limits on radio volume
If you use an Admin key, all features work as normal.
