Edit: I just want to clarify that under 18 is still a child, but this number does differ in different parts of the world. And just because it's not law doesnt mean it's 100% right.

Age of consent is 17 and we have a two year grace period after 18 under Romeo and Juliet laws

Half the comments are people calling people pedophiles.
Others are going with consent laws.
Basically Legality vs Morality here. It's always a grey area around that teenage to young adult age.
