Dude, if you can make 250 anonymous people cooperate enough to work towards goals together and coordinate raids and whatnot, it's totally transferable knowledge. Online people tend to act like petulant children and drama is sure to blow up at a regular basis. The ability to manage this bullshit and keep everyone reasonably happy and working together is very valuable as a manager.
