Little sister was hit by a DUI driver. Broke both legs, collar bone, knee cap, cheek bone, and fractured pelvis. She is still smiling and staying positive.
I'm not a lawyer but I used one after I got into an accident. Please, please, PLEASE do not post photos of her online until she has recovered from her accident. You basically just gave an insurance company a reason to lower their offer because this photo clearly shows that she has not been mentally damaged from the accident, or at least that is what they can say.
