Oh damn something similar happened once in my face: some lady had her baby in the stroller and this guy came to help her carry them down a flight of stairs, he was hardcore flirting with her and asked where she was going and she let him down gently by letting him know that she and her kid was going to see her husband for Father’s Day brunch. Guy got so mad he was all: Ok then why isn’t he here helping you then? And something else I can’t remember and just dropped her stroller, thankfully it was two flights of steps with like a little in between area to walk to the next flight and not straight on the stairs because that would have been just scary!
