I think New York, California, Boston etc were mentioned in the game.
Edit: So yea, basically, the whole entire states and cities of the United States was mentioned in the game. The map still looks cool though!

It's pretty cool, but the terrain does not properly scale. The mountains in Ambarino are supposed be like the Rockies and New Hanover like the norther plains of the Dakotas.
