The guy who started is going to pay off his gambling debt and buy a new BMW. He will then let people know that he is from South America and then the money is.... gone.
I don't think the administration can even legally accept that money. Whoever set up that gofundme is gonna run off with a couple million dollars and live in the Bahamas sipping overpriced orange juice for the rest of their days.
