I really agree with this. I look back on my life and wish I had the outlook that I have now back then. I would've done so much better in college because I would've made more friends and applied myself more. I remember my dad telling us kids that we should ask questions and if there isn't a sign that says you can't go there, then why not? Explore! Learn!

Relating so very much. It's slow, but I'm working my way into theatre and acting. Should never have been shy about it in high school. Forward momentum!

This is how I feel. I've been depressed and morbidly obese my entire life. I mean I was over 300 lbs by 10. Highest weight 690. I had weight loss surgery at 32 in 2012. I got down to 510. Which trust me 510 is a huge improvement from 690... But I stagnated yoyoing from 520 to 460 at least once per year.

I never exercised only dieted.

Last year after Chester Bennington took his life I kind of had more and now ideation...I had thoughts how I wish I'd just have a heart attack and not wake up...I hated being alive... Because of me.. My wife had a new baby that I love dearly. And in my darkest moods I'd just go and hold him and it'd help me come out of it... But I felt like I was walking off a precipice.

August I started therapy. September I saw an ad for a CrossFit weightloss challenge. I signed up. I also started seeing a new doctor and got ADHD meds for focus. I also started keto.

The combination of ADHD meds, keto, CrossFit, and vitamins have completely ended my depression. On top of that I've lost 80 pounds. I'm now 438. 415 is 100 lbs and I think I can do it by the end of the month which will be 100 in 3 full months.

I haven't been under 400 since before I was 15... It's pretty exciting and my CrossFit family is the best and keeps me motivated to keep going and fighting the coaches are amazing and they scale every workout so I can do it but I definitely push myself as well.

Edit: My first gold! I'd like to thank the academy, James Cameron for directing....Ryan Reynolds for his Deadpool cameo....
