Same thing happened to me by Amazon. Live near a warehouse so Amazon personally delivers versus going through the post office. Been at my apartment for over a year with never any problems. Have the door code on the account and was home when I get the email saying that delivery failed and I was unable to be reached. Called and told them I've been home for hours and they have building access. They tell me it will be attempted again tomorrow. Lo and Behold, same driver did the same thing the next day. The irony of all this is that I received other packages from Amazon during this 2 day period from another of their employees.

Smh, some ppl are just so damn lazy. I never had to call Amazon customer service before.

Last Thursday I was outside working and expected a package. I watched the UPS guy go flying by, so I checked online and sure enough, my package was indicated as delivered. After calling and finally getting through to the woman on the other end that my package had not, in fact, been delivered, they patched me through to the local UPS center. The woman there said she had talked to the driver and he would come back in about 15 minutes, get the package from the wrong house he had delivered it to, and bring it to my house.

Of course, he never showed up. The guy whose house it was delivered to brought it to me.

I caught the internet technician leaving a “sorry we missed you” note without even knocking. Two cars in the driveway and they gave us an “9am to 5pm” window. He dunked with some ridiculous excuse: “the place looked empty”.

Well it ain’t. Come in, buddy.
