I totally threw a “team member” from a presentation under the bus to my professor- he ghosted our meetings the entire semester then showed up finally right before our presentation. I told him to leave and not even think of trying to stand up there with us. Prof gave us extra credit for “overcoming the adversity” of having a group of two rather than three to put together our final presentation.
