When I worked at Sainsbury's, we had an employee that substituted a pregnancy test for the Operation board game.
Still can't figure out that train of thought.

That's amazing, the worst I've ever had was brioche burger buns substituted for chocolate filled brioche, not quite the same thing.
That may be the most middle class thing I've ever written.
