You want to be careful putting this kind of sign on your property. A big part of the reason why “no trespassing” signs are the norm is because of injury law.
In general, a trespasser on your land has no right to assume their safety, and it’s not your fault if they get hurt somehow. A guest, on the other hand, is protected by law. If you have a sign like this up on your land and someone, say, falls on a poorly-maintained path or bangs their head on an unmarked obstruction, you can end up liable.
It’s shitty, but that’s the way it is. If you want to hang a sign like this, make very sure your property is too safe for an idiot to hurt himself.
