I am not entirely sure if the woman is filming the conflict outside, and smiling about it, or if she is oblivious about the situation and is posing to take a selfie.

To me, both are frightening eerie and sorta hilarious! Very good pic.

Edit: I didn't mean scary, she is just a bit unsettling.

Edit2: u/aboobey pointed out this video, filmed by the original journalist, I think. Looks like she is just happy to film this, idk for sure.

Edit3: As people pointed out, she could be just on facetime with someone showing them that she is safe, while showing them whats going on outside. Or she could just be smiling after she noticed she is being filmed, out of embarrassment or awkwardness.

In the end, my initial assumption about filming might not be entirely true, we are lacking some context here. However, the pic is still great.

That man just missed the bus.

You can tell from the exhaust cloud on the cold day.

You can tell it's cold because of his face mask.

Conclusion: Paris is having problems with rogue bus drivers leaving 60 seconds early because their heater is broken and they want to get home.
