Blind people can stick their hands right through glass because they're blind and glass is clear, thus causing a double negative.

I once saw a Braille sign that was at least ten feet off the ground. Even if someone had managed to get up there...it gets even better, because the dots were also painted on flat. They had no texture.

This must have been at least ten years ago. It remains to this day my all time favourite accessibility fail.
