Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has blasted critics after she was labeled a “bull in a china shop” on Fox News Thursday.

Journalist Charles Payne, normally seen on Fox Business Network, suggested freshman Democrats like Ocasio-Cortez “just want to create havoc” in Congress.

Payne was discussing how the newly-blue House of Representatives might put pressure on President Donald Trump with Washington Examiner’s Phil Wegmann. Twitter users recently lashed out at fellow Examiner reporter Eddie Scarry, when he shared a photo of Ocasio-Cortez in a "creepy" tweet about her clothes.

“Older, established Democrats” like Maxine Waters want to investigate Trump’s past business dealings," he said. “Whereas the upstarts, the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s of the world, maybe they just don’t know, they’re like bulls in a china shop, they just want to create havoc."

Ocasio-Cortez responded to the Fox News broadcast on Twitter, criticizing “the same folks who bow to Trump.” “The idea that [they] are clutching at their pearls is laughable,” she wrote. “That’s how they should feel.

“I’m fine being called a bull in a china shop, because politics that answers to special interests more than the American people *should* be disrupted.”

This isn’t the first time the congresswoman-elect has sparred with Fox News talking heads. On November 14, Fox News host Laura Ingraham attacked Ocasio-Cortez’s “wacky” views during a segment criticizing her and fellow House freshmen Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley.

Ingraham denounced “radical” policies the women support, including free healthcare and free college education for all. “These women may as well be the four horsemen of the apocalypse for the Democratic Party if you ask me,” Ingraham said.

Ocasio-Cortez responded by sharing a Fox News screenshot to Instagram with the comment, “Fox News discovered our vast conspiracy to take care of children and save the planet.”

The youngest woman ever elected to Congress, fans of Ocasio-Cortez watch her regular Instagram Live cooking videos in their droves. The politician discusses politics, answers questions, and shares recipes in the videos some users have compared to Franklin D. Roosevelt’s legendary “fireside chats.”

But other users are less impressed with Ocasio-Cortez’ use of social media. “Real accomplishment comes with age and maturity and years of work,” one user commented. “ I’m...old and find the constant navel gazing on her social uninteresting. Go make some policy happen,” wrote another.

Ya I was reading one of the many "libruls R dum" posts on /r/conservative and all I could think is how can they criticize a bungled response from her, and yet still support Trump? How can they be so hypercritical of a congresswoman, and be totally cool with the president sounding like an idiot multiple times a day? I mean just look at yesterday, thanksgiving, how does anyone manage to create so many scandals on what should be the presidential equivalent of free parking?

She hasn't been sworn in yet. People are morons.

Good to remember that the right is attacking AOC's finances, language and style only because they can't take on the issues and policy questions with her.
