Looks like a water dragon. VERY similar to an iguana but less expensive in a pet shop and they grow to be slightly smaller than an adult iguana. Also, as the name suggests, they’re attracted to water- like a pond or pool. I think water dragons may also just live in Florida either as native species or one that found a niche and thrived there.

It's a green Iguana, typically sold as pets, they're mostly herbivores, they love fruit but have been known to eat some insects too
