If I had to guess I would say this is two unrelated pictures put together. I doubt even the shittiest food ordering application that could be running on this system could break the bootloader after it crashed.
On Tumblr, the OP admitted to faking it, they just took a picture of the kiosk next to them which had already crashed & was out of order for the second image
